"I was about to order a small..."
I was about to order a small medal, but when I got to checkout the shipping looked way higher than I expected. I don’t know if there was some specific reason for it or if I missed something, but it was nearly as much as the medal itself. I ended up closing the page and buying from another site because it just didn’t feel worth it.

I got this to give as a gift, but when it arrived I was confused?? The box looked cheap and just didn’t feel nice or presentable at all. I was expecting something a bit better

I was disappointed when the medal arrived. The edges felt rough, and the finish made it look kind of cheap and rushed. I also expected a faster response when I reached out about it, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Orders keep arriving damaged"
I’ve had too many orders show up damaged at this point, and it’s getting really frustrating. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help either. whoever runs this needs to get a better handle on how items are packed and handled because this keeps happening.

"Mostly fine, but I had to follow up"
My order was mostly okay and looked like it matched the regs for the most part, but one of the ribbons was placed a little off from what I expected. Customer service did fix it, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I was hoping. The only thing that really got old was the canned apology replies, like, I get it, but I’d rather just get a clear update than the same “sorry for the inconvenience” message over and over.

"I don’t trust my orders to arrive complete anymore"
At this point, I don’t feel like I can trust my order to show up complete. I’ve ordered from Medals of America a few times now, and missing items have happened more than once. The items that do arrive are fine, but it’s frustrating having to go through everything, realize something is missing, and then contact support again. It just makes the whole ordering experience feel like a hassle.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, my first reaction was like, “Really?” They took a while to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply was super short and didn’t really solve anything. I ended up figuring it out on my own, which was frustrating. The products might be totally fine, but the support experience was disappointing

"Promo codes didn’t work like they claimed"
I tried using their discount codes on two separate orders, and both times the checkout said they weren’t valid. The banners make it seem like you’ll get a deal with no hassle, but that wasn’t my experience at all. It’s annoying when the promo looks simple upfront and then doesn’t actually work when you go to pay. felt a bit misleading, so I gave up and bought from somewhere else...

"I ordered from Medals of America thinking it..."
I ordered from Medals of America thinking it would arrive in a normal timeframe, but it felt like the order just sat there forever with almost no real updates.

I needed it for a gift, and it showed up late, which was really frustrating. The tracking wasn’t much help either, and the whole thing kind of had that “no real person is actually checking on this” feeling.
The item itself might be fine, but the shipping was slow enough that I’d be hesitant to order from them again.

"Not quite the quality I was expecting"
I ordered a medal set from Medals of America, the shipping part was totally fine. It showed up when it was supposed to, no issue there, but once I opened it I was kind of let down. The finish just looked a little cheaper than I expected, and one of the ribbons already had loose threads, which was annoying because, well, you just don’t expect that right out of the package.

For what I paid, I really thought it would feel a bit more solid and have a nicer look to it. It’s usable, so I’m not saying it’s completely worthless, but up close it doesn’t look all that great. I’d probably skip ordering again unless they make some improvements, because I was hoping for something that felt more polished.

"Tracking was easy to follow"
I ordered a medal and the tracking was really easy to keep up with. It showed each stop along the way, and the delivery date ended up being right on. The package arrived in good shape too. It did take a little longer to ship out at first, but it wasn’t a big deal overall.

I had a question about my order and, to be fair, they got back to me quickly and sorted it out. That part was fine. But I was kind of annoyed that the shipping updates weren’t clearer, because I had to reach out in the first place. Overall it worked out, but that could definitely be better.

I mostly just cared that the return didn’t turn into a hassle, and it really didn’t. I didn’t pay much attention to all the little details, but the refund came through fine, so I’m happy with it.

"Checkout made me uneasy"
Trying to check out was more stressful than it should’ve been. The cart kept glitching and I had to re-enter my info a couple times, which made me start worrying about whether my payment was going through correctly or if I’d get charged twice. I ended up double-checking everything before finishing, but by then I was already frustrated. It just felt clunky and not very reassuring, so I’d be hesitant to order again unless the checkout process gets cleaned up...

My patch showed up wrong the first time, but they got a replacement sent out quickly. It took a few emails to sort out, which is kind of expected with stuff like this, but in the end everything was taken care of...

The selection was way too limited for me. I expected more options, and it was frustrating because the terms seemed to change along the way too, which made the whole thing feel even more disappointing.

"So many items were out of stock"
I was disappointed with my visit. A lot of the items I came in for were out of stock, and it felt like most of what I needed just wasn’t available. I know that happens sometimes, but it was still frustrating to leave without much of what I planned to buy. I really hope they restock soon, because it was kind of a letdown
